What You'll Do: Reconnect & Reactivate: Reach out to former customers and encourage them to start using our products again. Account Management: Build strong relationships with your clients, understand their goals, and act as their main point of contact. Strategic Growth: Develop and follow a clear plan to grow your business portfolio and maximize client investment. Revenue Expansion: Identify new opportunities with B2B clients in the marketing field and increase revenue in key product areas. Client Support: Offer tailored marketing recommendations, help clients turn goals into actionable strategies, and ensure their long-term success. Communication: Interact with clients through email, phone, and online meetings, providing timely solutions and insights. Stay Ahead: Keep up to date on product offerings, best practices, and industry standards to ensure the highest level of service. Performance Focus: Achieve quarterly sales targets and KPIs while actively contributing to team success. What We're Looking For: Strong understanding of sales strategies and the sales pipeline. Fluent in French and English (written and spoken). Experience in sales, customer service, or outsourcing environments. Skilled in value-based selling in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge or experience in marketing is highly desirable. Ability to identify growth opportunities and drive customer investment. Excellent organizational skills, self-motivation, and discipline. Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
