Job Description: As a Commercial Assistant at AMG & Associates, Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial construction projects. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Assist project managers in the planning, organizing, and execution of commercial construction projects - Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources - Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports - Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues - Conduct research and gather information to support project decision-making - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays - Assist with project budget tracking and cost control measures - Support the procurement process by obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries - Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records and files - Provide administrative support to the project team as needed Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or related field - 1-2 years of experience in a commercial construction environment - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality - Knowledge of construction processes and terminology is a plus Join Our Team: At AMG & Associates, Inc., we value our employees and provide a supportive and collaborative work environment.
