Area PT Business Manager

About the position

The Area PT Business Manager is responsible for leading the growth and performance of the personal training business across multiple Anytime Fitness clubs in Cebu. This role focuses on driving training revenue, coaching and supporting personal trainers, ensuring delivery of exceptional member experience, and aligning fitness operations with business goals. Key Responsibilities: PT Business Growth & Sales Drive personal training revenue across assigned clubs Analyze club and individual trainer performance metrics Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets Support club teams in closing consultations and increasing conversions Coaching & Team Development Recruit, onboard, and train certified personal trainers Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and skill development Ensure consistent delivery of results-driven, high-quality training programs Operations & Member Experience Standardize personal training systems and practices across locations Monitor program delivery, scheduling, and trainer utilization Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, and professionalism Collaboration & Leadership Work closely with Club Managers, Lead monthly PT business reviews and reporting Represent the brand during local events and activations Qualifications: Proven experience in personal training and fitness sales (3+ years preferred) Prior leadership or multi-location management experience is a strong advantage Certified Personal Trainer (ACE, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent) Strong sales, coaching, and business acumen Excellent communication and leadership skills Willing to travel within Cebu area as needed What's in it for You: Competitive salary + performance-based incentives Leadership role in a fast-growing fitness brand Ongoing professional development and growth opportunities Free gym membership and fitness perks Be part of a mission-driven team creating healthier communities
