As a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for customers , helping them manage bookings, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience. You’ll support both individual travelers and partners, making this a dynamic and varied role. Work Model Fully remote within Greece , with relocation support to help you settle in Thessaloniki. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications Support payment processes, refunds, and complaints Provide assistance with account and Extranet-related queries Deliver clear and accurate information about services and properties Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving Requirements German: Fluent or C1 level English: B2+ level Strong written and verbal communication skills Good PC knowledge (Windows, troubleshooting, shortcuts) Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Customer-oriented mindset Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus What We Offer Competitive salary + performance bonus (up to 10%) Meal allowance up to €100/month Full relocation support to Greece 3-week paid training (in English) International work environment Initial 8-month contract with potential extension Opportunity to gain experience in a global travel company Important Notes Remote role within Greece Work includes bank holidays and occasional weekends
