Location California – Northern San Diego County and surrounding areas Primary areas include: Encinitas Carlsbad Oceanside Vista San Marcos Escondido Agency Owner opportunities available throughout: San Diego County, Temecula, and Murrieta Compensation & Benefits Producer / Protégé: $20+ per hour plus 5–10% commission per policy Uncapped commission structure Estimated earnings: $46,000 – $72,000 annually Agency Owner: Commission-based income Long-term earning potential based on business performance Access to Farmers training programs and mentorship Clear pathway into leadership and agency ownership Benefits may vary by agency. Agency owners receive subsidized benefits after launch.
