Advisor Solution Specialist (Spanish Speaker) Hybrid – Sofia, Bulgaria Relocation support available Mon–Fri | 09:00–18:00 Start date: 23/04 Salary: 1,670.39 EUR gross/month Quarterly bonus: up to 1,537.20 EUR gross Role Overview We're looking for a Spanish-speaking Advisor Solution Specialist to join a fast-growing tech sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in high-volume sales cycles , understand customer needs quickly, and know how to turn conversations into long-term value. You'll manage the full sales funnel , from prospecting to qualification and handover — driving revenue, building relationships, and shaping customer success. What You Will Do Handle high-volume inbound & outbound sales across phone, email, video, and social channels Engage prospects at every stage of the funnel and guide them toward conversion Identify alternative decision-makers via Sales Navigator and desk research Follow strict response-time SLAs and structured sales cadences Proactively manage and accelerate your sales pipeline Log all activities in Salesforce CRM Qualify opportunities and transfer them to onboarding teams Track and report performance to exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly targets Candidate Profile Fluent in Spanish + English (written & spoken) Minimum 1.5 years in sales (tech/advertising experience is a big plus) Proven ability to grow budgets and unlock new opportunities Strong competitive selling mindset Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM Excellent communication and negotiation skills Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently Comfortable in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Benefits Competitive fixed salary + high quarterly bonus potential Monthly transportation & internet allowance Private medical and dental care (fully covered) Life insurance Multisport card (optional) Special bonuses for marriage, childbirth/adoption, graduation Hybrid work model ( office days: Wed & Thu ) Relocation Package If relocating to Sofia, you will receive: Up to 250 EUR travel reimbursement (after 6 months) 10 hotel nights with breakfast included Support with all documentation and booking Hiring Process CV Review Screening Call Language Assessment (Spanish + English) Interview with Hiring Team
