LO-01 | Principal Engineer — AI/ML Platform Location: United States (Remote) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Role Overview Principal-level engineer owning production-scale AI/ML platform systems in enterprise environments. This role requires deep ownership of LLM production systems, cloud infrastructure expertise, MLOps tooling, and architectural leadership across multiple teams. Requirements Extensive production AI/ML engineering experience Real production LLM system ownership (not research or prototype) Specific experience with: RAG implementations, fine-tuning workflows, evaluation frameworks, guardrails and safety systems, model monitoring and drift detection Cloud and infrastructure: AWS, GCP, or Azure, Kubernetes, distributed systems AI/MLOps tooling: CI/CD for ML, experiment tracking, monitoring and observability Team leadership: architectural ownership, multi-team influence, platform standards definition Submittal Requirements LinkedIn URL Current location and time zone Total years of engineering experience Years of direct AI/ML production experience Clear summary of LLM production ownership (real systems, not research) Cloud and infrastructure stack details AI/MLOps tooling experience Team leadership scope Comp expectations and availability Note: Research-only or prototype-level experience will not qualify.
