LO-02 | Senior Software Engineer — GenAI Platform Location: United States (Remote) Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Role Overview Senior Software Engineer building and scaling production GenAI systems. This role requires deep hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems in production environments, strong full-stack capability, and the ability to ship independently. Requirements 5–10+ years of professional engineering experience Strong hands-on experience building production systems Experience building or integrating LLM-powered systems including RAG, embeddings, workflows, or agents Strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js capability Practical understanding of AI production concerns including evaluation, safety, latency, and cost tradeoffs Ability to ship full-stack features independently Strong debugging and performance optimization skills Strong Plus Experience with evaluation frameworks or AI safety tooling Familiarity with OpenTelemetry and distributed tracing Exposure to vector databases and AI data pipelines Experience with Python-based AI services Submittal Requirements LinkedIn URL Current location and time zone Total years of engineering experience Years of direct production AI experience Clear summary of LLM integration experience (real production systems, not demos) Specific experience with: RAG/embedding pipelines, evaluation/tracing systems, AI observability, vector databases, full-stack ownership Comp expectations and availability
