Systems Test & Validation Engineer (M/F)

JOB DESCRIPTION As part of the development of our activities in embedded electronic systems, we are looking for a Systems Test & Validation Engineer (M/F) . You will be part of a high-performance technical environment and contribute to projects involving critical systems within regulated industries. Your main responsibilities: Define and validate test environments (tools, test benches, cabling) Write test cases based on product specifications Develop automated test scripts (C / Python / LUA) Execute test campaigns and analyze results Produce official test reports Contribute to continuous improvement of validation processes and tools YOUR PROFILE You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent) and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Technical skills: Strong experience in system test development (avionics is a plus) Proficiency in C, Python or LUA Experience with Linux and/or real-time operating systems Knowledge of high-speed interfaces: Ethernet (GETH), PCIe, HDMI, SATA Familiarity with avionics communication protocols: MIL-1553, ARINC429, CAN Experience in RF testing is a plus Hands-on experience with test equipment: oscilloscopes, analyzers, JTAG, multimeters Experience defining test benches and cabling is a plus Knowledge of environmental testing standards (DO-160, MIL-STD…) is a plus Soft skills: Autonomous and proactive mindset Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and make technical trade-offs WHY JOIN US At fortil, we provide concrete levers to support your career growth and ensure a stimulating work environment: Tailored support for skill development An ecosystem encouraging you to step خارج your comfort zone Opportunity to become a shareholder Involvement in impactful and innovative projects Dedicated policies supporting work-life balance and parenthood fortil is committed to equal opportunities.
