This role is ideal for senior bankers who excel at originating business, leading client relationships, executing transactions, and mentoring talent. Preferred Sector Expertise: ESOP, Healthcare, or Technology (Software, Industrial Tech) Also Considered: Industrials, Transportation & Logistics, Consumer, Business Services, Aerospace & Defense QUALIFICATIONS Significant middle market M&A and/or capital advisory experience Established client relationships and a strong professional network Proven track record of originating and closing transactions 10+ years of investment banking experience with strong references Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments High integrity, professionalism, and work ethic Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred RESPONSIBILITIES Lead business development efforts with a target of $3M+ in annual fee generation Leverage and expand your network to generate deal flow aligned with firm strategy Manage transactions end-to-end, from pitch through closing Build and maintain long-term client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor Translate complex financial concepts for senior stakeholders Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development Represent the firm in the market and support broader strategic initiatives LOCATION REQUIREMENT Candidates must be based in or relocate to one of the firm's office locations within two weeks of joining. This is an in-office role (four days per week); remote work is not supported.
