HR Executive (Payroll)

About the position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Executive (Payroll) to manage end-to-end payroll administration. This role is responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance with statutory requirements, and maintaining proper payroll records in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Payroll Administration Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain payroll records including attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB. Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner. Generate payroll reports and support finance with payroll reconciliation. Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality of payroll information at all times. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration. Fresh graduates with strong interest in payroll are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of Malaysian payroll statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB. Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Able to work independently and handle confidential information with integrity. Preferred Qualifications Experience using payroll systems or HRIS tools is an added advantage.
