Head of Technologies (HOD) – IT / Security Systems / Software We are seeking an experienced Head of Technologies to lead our IT infrastructure, security systems, and software operations. The role involves driving technology strategy, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. Strong expertise in IT networks, surveillance systems, and ERP/software management is required. Proven leadership skills to manage teams, vendors, and large-scale projects. 8+ years of experience with a strong technical and strategic mindset preferred. Job Description The Head of Technologies (HOD) will lead and manage the organization's overall technology strategy, including IT infrastructure, security systems, and software development. The role ensures smooth operations, innovation, cybersecurity, and alignment of technology with business goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company's technology strategy and roadmap Oversee IT infrastructure , networks, servers, and cloud systems Manage and monitor security systems (CCTV, access control, surveillance, cybersecurity) Lead software development , ERP/SAP systems, and digital transformation initiatives Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery plans are in place Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and performance Manage vendors, technology partners, and service providers Prepare and control technology budgets and cost optimization Lead, mentor, and develop the technology team Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure & networking Expertise in cybersecurity & security systems integration Experience in software development / ERP systems Leadership and team management skills Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability Vendor and stakeholder management Project management skills Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field 8–12+ years of experience in IT/Technology roles Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership position Certifications (preferred): CISSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco KPIs (Key Performance Indicators): System uptime and IT infrastructure reliability Cybersecurity incident reduction Successful implementation of technology projects Cost control vs. IT budget Software/system efficiency improvements Team performance and development
