Inside Sales Executive (Kallang | Base up to 3.4k + AWS + VB + Medical)

About the position

AWS + VB + Medical + Dental 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday Job Description: Process and coordinate orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and ensure their needs are met satisfactorily. Prepare and send out quotations once approved. Collaborate with overseas factories on procurement, production, quality inspection, and shipping. Support the marketing team in planning and forecasting activities. Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues that arise. Requirements: Minimum 'O/A' Levels or Polytechnic Diploma in relevant fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software. At least two years of experience in sales quotations, logistics, customer service, and administrative functions. Knowledge of international freight forwarding is necessary.
