财务经理（泰国） 工作地点： 红统，泰国 行业： 食品 / 快消制造业 汇报对象： 当地负责人 + 区域总部 用工类型： 全职 公司简介 公司是一家在亚洲具有稳固业务基础的食品与饮料制造企业，拥有多元化的产品组合和成熟的生产及销售体系。公司近年来持续推进东南亚市场布局，正处于区域扩张的重要阶段。 目前，泰国团队正在搭建与优化中，期待引入一位经验扎实的财务负责人，支持当地业务发展与运营管理。 岗位职责 负责泰国当地公司整体财务管理工作，包括预算、核算及资金管理 主导年度预算编制、财务规划及滚动预测，支持业务决策 监督日常账务处理，确保财务报表（资产负债表、利润表等）的准确性与及时性 进行成本分析与费用管控，推动降本增效 负责现金流管理及资金调配，提高资金使用效率 确保符合泰国当地会计准则及税务合规要求（如VAT、企业所得税等） 对接外部审计、税务顾问及相关政府机构 建立和完善内部控制流程，防范财务风险 负责财务团队的搭建、管理与培养 与总部及各部门保持良好沟通，支持业务运营 任职要求 本科及以上学历，会计、财务管理或相关专业 6–8年财务相关经验，有制造业 / 快消行业背景优先 熟悉全盘账务处理及泰国本地税务申报流程 熟悉泰国会计准则及相关法规 有成本控制或工厂财务经验者优先 持有CPA、ACCA或泰国本地会计证书者优先 具备良好的分析能力与沟通协调能力 语言要求： 中文流利（内部沟通） 英文良好（工作交流） 薪资福利 年薪约 72万 – 120万泰铢（约人民币15万 – 25万），具体根据候选人经验与综合能力而定。 Finance Manager (Thailand) Location: Thailand Industry: Food & Beverage Manufacturing Reporting Line: Country Manager & China Headquarters Hiring Type: Permanent Role Company Overview The company is a well-established and rapidly growing food and beverage manufacturing group with a strong presence in Asia. The company offers a diverse portfolio of consumer products across multiple categories and operates an integrated production and distribution network. With ongoing expansion in Southeast Asia, the organization is strengthening its local operations and building a high-performing team to support long-term regional growth. Position Overview This role is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the Thailand entity, ensuring financial compliance, operational efficiency, and alignment with headquarters. The position plays a critical role in financial planning, cost control, and business support, while ensuring adherence to local regulatory requirements and internal control standards. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning and budgeting processes, aligning with business objectives and controlling financial risks Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial reporting (e.g. balance sheet, P&L) Manage cash flow, fund allocation, and cost control initiatives to improve financial efficiency Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on profitability, forecasting, and investment decisions Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements (VAT, CIT, etc.) Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities when required Establish and optimize internal control processes to enhance governance and mitigate financial risks Lead and develop the local finance team, including hiring, training, and performance management Collaborate with cross-functional teams and headquarters to support operational and strategic initiatives Candidate Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines 6–8 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting within manufacturing / FMCG / industrial environments Solid experience in handling full set of accounts and local tax compliance in Thailand Familiar with Thai accounting standards and regulatory requirements Experience in cost control, plant finance, or operational finance is highly preferred Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or Thai accounting qualification are advantageous Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and cross-cultural environment Language Requirements: Fluent in Mandarin (for internal communication with headquarters) Good command of English (for business communication) Compensation & Benefits Annual compensation ranges from approximately THB 720,000 – THB 1,200,000 ( CN¥150,000 – CN¥250,000), depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
