Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality CT imaging procedures according to established protocols. Prepare patients for scans, explain procedures, and ensure patient comfort and safety. Operate CT equipment, monitor image quality, and adjust parameters as needed. Maintain accurate patient records, imaging logs, and comply with HIPAA regulations. Assist radiologists with image interpretation and provide technical support as needed. Ensure proper radiation safety for patients, staff, and the environment. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to departmental standards. Required Qualifications: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field. Current Radiation Operator certification in the state of Oregon . Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology . Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent communication and patient care skills. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience working in a hospital or outpatient imaging settings. Knowledge of PACS and EMR systems. Advanced certifications in CT imaging or specialized radiology procedures.
