Location: Lisbon, Portugal Start Date: 30 April 2026 Work Model: On-site Schedule (24/7 Rotational Shifts): Monday – Sunday 07:00 – 16:00 14:00 – 23:00 22:30 – 07:30 2 rotating days off per week About the Role We are looking for a Greek-speaking Content Moderator to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will help maintain a safe and reliable environment on a major e-commerce platform by reviewing and moderating user-generated content. This position requires strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to make consistent decisions based on internal policies and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Review and moderate user-generated content according to platform guidelines Make accurate and consistent decisions while applying moderation policies Identify and escalate sensitive or high-risk content when necessary Manage high volumes of content, especially during promotional periods Support a safe and positive experience for users on the platform Communicate effectively in Greek and English Requirements Strong moderation and analytical decision‑making skills Excellent verbal and written communication in Greek and English Good understanding of e-commerce environments Ability to manage high workloads during peak seasons Strong customer service mindset with empathy and professionalism Detail-oriented with the ability to follow strict guidelines Compensation Base salary: 920€ (paid over 14 months) Monthly allowance: 45€ (paid over 11 months) Meal allowance: 7.63€ per working day Welcome Bonus: 1500€ for Greek speakers – Paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year of employment Benefits Health insurance available from day 1 (with a small monthly contribution) Health insurance becomes free after 6 months of employment Opportunity to work in an international and multicultural environment Career development within a growing team in Lisbon
