We are currently expanding and looking for a motivated HR Admin Assistant Intern to join our growing team at our office in Kota Laksamana, Melaka . Internship Benefits 5 working days (Mon – Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm) Allowance: RM800 Internship Duration: 3-6 months Hands-on training and real exposure to HR and recruitment Friendly and dynamic team environment Opportunity to gain practical experience in HR operations Job Responsibilities As an HR Admin Assistant Intern, you will support the HR team in daily operations, including: Assist with HR documents, contracts & onboarding Source candidates via job portals & social media Support interview coordination & basic screening Handle general admin tasks and support the HR team Job Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written) Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in an office-based setting Interested candidate feel free to apply online or WhatsApp to Alex @ +6012 - 612 1287Place of work
