Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – LTC / Rehab Buffalo, Missouri Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Feb 16, 2026 – May 18, 2026) Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,304.94 Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours (Flexible Timing) Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Long Term Care (LTC) / Rehab setting at Tide Health Group – Buffalo Prairie . This role involves evaluating and treating patients with speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders , while working in a supportive rehab environment with consistent weekday scheduling. Facility Information Facility: Tide Health Group – Buffalo Prairie Location: Buffalo, MO Setting: Long Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility Patient Type: Adult / Geriatric Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and treat speech, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized plan of care Perform dysphagia and communication therapy Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans Educate patients, families, and caregivers Maintain accurate and compliant documentation Participate in care conferences and team meetings Supervise CFY students if required Clinical Highlights LTC/SNF setting (steady workflow) Adult & geriatric population Hands-on rehab environment Flexible scheduling Required Qualifications Active Missouri SLP License CCC-SLP Certification REQUIRED Minimum 1 year SLP experience LTC / SNF experience REQUIRED Preferred Qualifications 3+ years experience Strong dysphagia management skills Experience supervising CFY students Scheduling & Assignment Details Schedule: Monday – Friday Shift: Flexible 8-hour days Hours: 40 hours/week Weekend: None (unless making up holiday hours) On-call: None Important Notes Must submit at posted rate ($85/hr) New grads accepted (if strong clinical rotation) Only 1 reference required at submission Why Consider This Assignment High pay ($2.3K/week) Flexible schedule LTC experience (easy workflow) Good for new or experienced SLPs
