Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Pediatrics (Outpatient) Willmar, Minnesota Contract Duration: 13 Weeks (Apr 6, 2026 – Jul 6, 2026) Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,280.66 Schedule: Day Shift | 5x8 Hours Position Overview Trinity Healthcare Talent Services is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a pediatric outpatient setting at Carris Health Rice Rehabilitation Center . This role focuses on working with pediatric patients , providing therapy for speech, language, and communication disorders in a structured outpatient rehab environment. Facility Information Facility: Carris Health Rice Rehabilitation Center Location: Willmar, MN Setting: Pediatric Outpatient Rehab Patient Population: Pediatrics Clinical Responsibilities Evaluate and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in children Develop individualized therapy plans Provide pediatric speech therapy interventions Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans Educate families and caregivers Maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Clinical Highlights Pediatric-focused caseload Outpatient setting (lower stress than hospital) Structured weekday schedule Guaranteed hours even if canceled Required Qualifications Active Minnesota SLP License Minimum 1 year SLP experience Pediatric experience preferred Scheduling & Assignment Details Schedule: Monday – Friday Shift: Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Fri: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Hours: 40 hours/week Weekend: None Important Notes Must live >25 miles from facility MN license required at submission Fingerprinting required (must travel to MN before start) RTO: Max 7 days, none in first 2 weeks Why Consider This Assignment High pay ($2.28K/week) Pediatric outpatient (good lifestyle) No weekends Guaranteed hours Strong resume builder (peds experience)
