About the position
Position: Wake Up Assistant Number of hours: 5 hours/week Schedule: Toronto, Canada Tasks required: Make timely wake-up calls to the client as scheduled. Deliver personalized messages to help clients start their day with motivation and enthusiasm. Provide gentle reminders or guidance on clients' morning routines or any daily tasks, as specified. Secure a photo from the client at 10:00 AM via WhatsApp as proof that they are preparing to go to work, ensuring they stay accountable to their morning routine. Maintain clear, professional, and warm communication to create a supportive client experience. Keep records of client interactions and update any preference changes in our system. Work closely with the team to share feedback and improve service quality. Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned Requirements : Strong communication skills with a friendly and motivating demeanor. Available to work from 9:00 am to 10:00 am, Toronto time Highly reliable and punctual, with a commitment to adhering to the scheduled wake-up and photo-check times. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to engage with clients of diverse backgrounds respectfully and professionally. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role is a plus. Familiarity with motivational techniques and practices. Background in psychology, wellness, or coaching. Proficient with communication tools like Zoom, WhatsApp, or other platforms as needed.About the company
