About the position
Position: Sales Coordinator Number of hours: 40 Hrs/week Tasks required: Actively monitor all inbound lead channels (e.g., website, email, and social media) to identify new enquiries in real time, and ensure every lead is promptly captured and stored in the CRM as Step 1 of the process. Conduct preliminary lead qualification by engaging with the prospect and applying priority tags and lead scoring criteria. Allocate each lead to the most suitable sales personnel, ensuring alignment with both expertise and current availability. Proactively follow-up on lead status with the salesperson. Maintain CRM hygiene: contact history, next actions, flagging incomplete entries to the respective salesperson. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports. Prepare daily sales status, lead conversion, and follow-up pending reports. Share Weekly Sales Review Report with management (lead summary, quotation sent, orders booked. Support management in analyzing sales data and team performance. Preferred Qualifications: Highly organized and process-driven; enjoys structure, routines, and accuracy. Excellent in written and spoken English communication. Confident yet polite when following up to ensure tasks get done. Builds smooth working relationships across all levels. Takes ownership, stays consistent, and keeps CRM records clean and up to date.
