You will play a key role in supporting logistics operations, assisting drivers, and ensuring smooth processes, all within a remote, fast-paced environment . Key Responsibilities: Process Tracking & Coordination Track trip documents and ensure validity Coordinate with internal teams Maintain accurate records and update trucking management systems Customer Support: Communicate with drivers regarding deliveries and updates Resolve issues and provide timely solutions Ensure a positive and professional customer experience What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Good attention to detail and organization Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn Comfortable working with systems, tools, or spreadsheets Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Nice to Have: Experience in logistics, customer support, or data entry Familiarity with tracking systems or operations tools Working Hours: Primarily 4 PM - 12 AM Central Time (US), Monday to Sunday 40 hours per week Must be flexible in shift changes Why Join Us: Fully remote role Full training provided — no prior logistics experience required Opportunity to grow in logistics and operations Supportive and structured team
