Scheduler – Full-Time (Berlin, Connecticut) Join CareCo Home Care CareCo Home Care is seeking a full-time Scheduler to join our team in Berlin, Connecticut. Position Details Full-time position Location: Berlin, Connecticut Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year Role Overview As a Scheduler, you will play a key role in coordinating caregiver schedules and ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care. This position requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities may include: Scheduling caregivers for client shifts and ensuring proper coverage Communicating with caregivers and clients regarding schedules and changes Handling last-minute adjustments and solving scheduling challenges Maintaining accurate records and updates within scheduling systems Supporting overall office operations as needed What We Are Looking For Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly Highly organized with strong attention to detail Hardworking and willing to take initiative Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple tasks Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude No prior experience required — training will be provided If you are looking for a stable, full-time position where you can grow and make an impact, we encourage you to apply and join the CareCo Home Care team.
