Job Reference: 93RY9X94 Key Responsibilities: Define and communicate sales targets to drive consistent, long-term revenue growth across assigned key accounts Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to achieve annual business objectives Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with designated key clients Conduct client visits to understand existing systems, identify gaps, and recommend tailored solutions based on the company's product portfolio Address and resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and client profiles. Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and account updates to management and stakeholders Perform ongoing market research to stay informed on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline is preferred. Proven experience in managing end-user accounts within a B2B environment. Background in structured cabling, enterprise network connectivity, or data center solutions is highly advantageous. Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to develop solution-based proposals aligned with customer requirements. Demonstrated hunter mindset with a track record of acquiring new business. Consistent achievement of sales targets. Familiarity with CRM tools and systems. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to build and sustain long-term professional relationships. Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
