Facilities Lead (up to $6,500 base + Bonus | South)

About the position

Responsibilities Lead overall site operations covering HVAC, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems Manage preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability, uptime, and compliance with statutory and OEM requirements Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis, implementing long-term technical solutions Oversee building infrastructure, utilities, and environmental conditions including temperature, ventilation, and air quality Manage vendors and contractors across all technical services, ensuring SLA/KPI performance and proper documentation Ensure full EHS compliance including permit-to-work, LOTO, confined space, and hot works, with regular audits and drills Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates, reporting, and issue resolution Support budgeting, CAPEX tracking, asset lifecycle management, and review of technical quotations and invoices Requirements Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Facilities Management, or equivalent 5–10 years of experience in building operations, HVAC, M&E, or hard services, ideally in commercial environments Strong knowledge of HVAC, M&E systems, BMS, fire protection, and maintenance planning Proven ability to manage vendors, troubleshoot issues, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment Tyson Jay Management Pte Ltd | EA License No.: 24C2479 Ivan Lim | EA Personnel No.: R1109856
