Key Responsibilities - Oversee and execute daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. - Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts. - Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures. - Support inventory accounting, including valuation, cycle counts, and variance analysis. - Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure accurate costing of goods sold. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. - Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal control policies. Recommended Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel. Strong understanding of GAAP and cost accounting principles. Experience with inventory valuation and cost of goods sold calculations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
