Key Responsibilities Lead and manage complex Six Sigma projects to reduce defects, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality. Mentor and coach Green Belts and Yellow Belts in Six Sigma methodologies and tools. Analyze manufacturing processes, identify root causes of problems, and develop data-driven solutions. Facilitate cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and sustain gains. Develop and deliver training on Six Sigma principles and tools to manufacturing personnel. Track project progress, measure results, and report on key performance indicators to stakeholders. Champion a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making throughout the manufacturing operations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of Six Sigma initiatives with overall business goals. Recommended Qualifications Proven track record of successfully leading and completing complex Six Sigma projects in a manufacturing environment. Extensive experience in applying a wide range of Six Sigma tools and methodologies (e.g., DMAIC, DMADV, Lean principles) to solve manufacturing problems. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including but not limited to, production planning, quality control, supply chain management, and operational efficiency. Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma principles and project execution. Excellent data analysis, statistical modeling, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical software. Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement to drive process improvements and adoption of new methodologies.
