Key Responsibilities Oversee and direct daily shop floor operations, ensuring production targets are met. Supervise, train, and mentor a team of shop floor employees, fostering a productive and safe work environment. Implement and enforce safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor. Monitor production schedules, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and optimize workflow for efficiency. Ensure quality control standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process. Manage inventory of materials and supplies, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment. Conduct regular equipment inspections and ensure proper maintenance is performed. Communicate effectively with management, other departments, and shop floor personnel. Recommended Qualifications - Proven experience in a manufacturing supervisory or leadership role. - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and machinery. - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
