Supervise, train, and mentor shop floor employees. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies. Monitor production quality and implement corrective actions. Manage inventory of materials and tools, and place orders as needed. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate repairs. Maintain production records and report on key performance indicators. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, with a strong understanding of production processes and machinery. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of skilled tradespeople. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on identifying and resolving production bottlenecks. Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality control standards within a manufacturing setting. Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
