Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of production operators, assigning tasks and providing guidance. Monitor production processes to ensure daily targets are met efficiently and on schedule. Ensure all manufactured products meet established quality standards and specifications. Identify and resolve production issues, equipment malfunctions, and process bottlenecks. Implement and enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reduce waste. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching for skill development. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing production environment, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching, training, and performance monitoring. In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving production issues. Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
