Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily production targets. Coordinate and assign tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules. Troubleshoot production issues, perform minor equipment adjustments, and escalate complex problems. Provide on-the-job training and coaching to develop team member skills. Track and report on production performance, efficiency, and material usage. Recommended Qualifications Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing production environment. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control principles. Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills. Commitment to safety protocols and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). Proficiency in production scheduling, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
