Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators. Ensure adherence to quality standards and production specifications. Monitor production equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance. Implement and enforce all safety regulations and workplace policies. Identify and resolve production issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies. Maintain accurate production records and generate performance reports. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing production role, including lead or supervisory responsibilities. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and material flow. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a production team effectively. Proficiency in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement principles. Knowledge of quality control standards and workplace safety regulations. Bonus Qualifications Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in a second language relevant to the workforce. Advanced user experience with ERP/MRP systems. Proven experience in training and mentoring junior team members. Certification in a specialized manufacturing process or quality standard.
