Lead, train, and mentor a team of production operators, fostering a positive work environment. Monitor production schedules and adjust resources to optimize efficiency and meet deadlines. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and processes for all products. Implement and enforce safety protocols and good manufacturing practices (GMP). Troubleshoot and resolve production issues or equipment malfunctions promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., maintenance, quality, planning) to improve processes. Recommended Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a production team to achieve output and quality targets. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and safety regulations. Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues efficiently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effective interaction with team members and management.
