Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of production operators, fostering a high-performance culture. Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet output targets and deadlines. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Train new production personnel and provide ongoing coaching for skill development. Enforce strict safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Troubleshoot production issues and equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
