Key Responsibilities Oversee daily production operations and schedules to meet output targets. Lead, train, and mentor production team members, fostering a high-performance culture. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, planning) to optimize workflow. Recommended Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proven ability to effectively lead, train, and motivate a production team. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control standards. Demonstrated problem-solving skills to identify and resolve production issues efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for clear team collaboration and reporting.
