Key Responsibilities Develop, program, and implement PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) logic for new and existing manufacturing equipment. Design, configure, and troubleshoot HMI (Human Machine Interface) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. Perform diagnostic testing, debugging, and optimization of automation control systems. Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to define requirements and resolve technical issues. Conduct system commissioning, FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), and SAT (Site Acceptance Testing) for automation solutions. Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including schematics, program comments, and operational manuals. Provide technical support and training to maintenance personnel on automated systems. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting industrial PLCs (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA systems. Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and commissioning industrial control systems in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP). Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and engineering documentation. Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills for complex automation issues. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. Bonus Qualifications Experience with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP). Proficiency in HMI/SCADA development and integration. Experience with robotics or vision system programming. Familiarity with database integration (e.g., SQL) for data logging and reporting. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) for PLC code management.
