Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement PLC programs for automated manufacturing systems. Develop and configure HMI/SCADA applications for operator interface and data acquisition. Perform diagnostic testing and troubleshooting of PLC-controlled equipment and processes. Participate in the commissioning, startup, and validation of new machinery and production lines. Create and maintain detailed documentation for PLC programs, electrical schematics, and control systems. Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to optimize control processes and resolve issues. Ensure all programming adheres to industry standards, safety regulations, and best practices. Recommended Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming (e.g., Rockwell, Siemens) and HMI/SCADA development. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and commission automated control systems. Strong troubleshooting skills for industrial machinery and control system issues. Experience with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus TCP/IP). 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial automation environment. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, P&IDs, and technical documentation. Bonus Qualifications Experience with HMI/SCADA design and development. Proficiency in integrating PLCs with robotic systems. Familiarity with industrial data acquisition and database integration (e.g., SQL). Experience with industrial vision systems.
