Key Responsibilities Perform machine setup, changeovers, and adjustments for various production runs. Operate manufacturing presses to produce parts according to specifications. Monitor press operation, identifying and troubleshooting malfunctions or issues. Conduct quality inspections of finished parts to ensure adherence to standards. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press machinery. Load and unload raw materials and finished products from the press. Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation. Recommended Qualifications Prior experience operating and setting up manufacturing presses (e.g., stamping, forming, hydraulic). Strong mechanical aptitude for machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers). Demonstrated commitment to quality control and adherence to production specifications. Ability to understand and strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
