Coordinate office support for manufacturing teams and production schedules. Manage procurement of office supplies, equipment, and facility services. Facilitate communication between office departments and the manufacturing floor. Recommended Qualifications 3+ years of experience in an office management role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP/MRP systems. Demonstrated strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse internal and external stakeholders. Experience with basic bookkeeping, budgeting, and supporting HR administrative tasks.
