The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in St. Johns that are seeking Office Managers. Key Responsibilities Manage all general office administrative tasks, including supplies, mail, and visitor reception. Oversee office facility maintenance, ensuring a safe, clean, and functional work environment. Provide administrative support for HR functions, such as new hire onboarding and maintaining personnel records. Coordinate purchasing of office and some manufacturing support supplies, managing vendor relationships and invoices. Maintain accurate company records, documentation, and filing systems for both office and operational needs. Assist with basic financial tasks, including processing invoices, expense reports, and managing petty cash. Support internal communications and scheduling for management and production teams. Recommended Qualifications Proven experience in an office management role, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with ERP systems. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with all levels of staff and external vendors. Experience with basic HR administration, including onboarding, record-keeping, and payroll support. Bonus Qualifications Familiarity with ERP or MRP systems. Basic understanding of manufacturing processes or terminology. Experience supporting workplace safety initiatives or compliance (e.g., OSHA). Exposure to supply chain logistics or production scheduling.
