We are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers for a local position based in Brattleboro, VT . This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for consistent miles, steady pay, and daily home time . Pay & Earnings Average $90,000 per year 53¢ – 61¢ per mile Average 1,600 miles per week Stop Pay – $22.50 per stop Layover Pay – $100 per day Daily Rate – $50 per day (when scheduled days are worked) Detention Pay – $15 per hour after 1 hour Training Pay – $200 per day Home Time & Schedule Home Daily Monday – Friday with every other Saturday Early morning start times (12:00 AM – 5:00 AM) Freight & Lane Details Fresh and frozen grocery freight Refrigerated trailers Average 2 loads per day or one longer run Average 15–20 stops per week Combination of no-touch and driver-assisted unloading Drivers may occasionally assist with pallet jack unloading, and training is provided. Equipment Automatic day cab trucks Trucks remain at the facility Steel-toe boots and uniforms provided Requirements Valid CDL-A license Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience Ability to operate refrigerated trailers Must have reliable transportation to the terminal Hiring Area Drivers must live within commuting distance of: Brattleboro, VT Routes run within a 250-mile radius throughout New England and the Greater Boston area.
