About the position

We are hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a local driving position based near Albany, New York . This job offers strong average earnings, consistent local routes, and daily home time . Drivers will run dedicated deliveries within a 150–250 mile radius of Albany . Routes do not go into New York City . Freight is preloaded and palletized , and deliveries are made to local distribution locations using pallet jacks. Pay & Compensation Average $96,600 per year 76–78 cents per mile $40 stop pay $25 drop and hook pay Daily salary $94 per day when scheduled days are worked Holiday pay $200 per day Training pay $240 per day Home Time Home Daily Schedule Friday – Tuesday work schedule Night shift start times between 7 PM – 3 AM 5-day work week Optional 6th day available for additional earnings during busy seasons Freight Details Dedicated local deliveries Preloaded trailers Palletized freight Driver assist using pallet jack Average multi-stop routes Equipment Automatic day cab trucks 48' and 53' trailers Well-maintained equipment Drivers must have reliable transportation to the terminal , as trucks remain at the facility. Hiring Area Drivers must live within 50 miles of the Albany / Schodack, NY area .
