The Role: What You'll Do You will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking travelers, ensuring their journey is seamless from the moment they book until they return home. Expert Assistance: Support customers via phone, email, and chat with inquiries regarding hotel bookings, flight reservations, and car rentals. Problem Solving: Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests with a proactive and empathetic approach. Relationship Building: Act as a bridge between travelers and accommodation partners to resolve complex issues and ensure high satisfaction. Navigating Tools: Use state-of-the-art booking systems and internal databases to provide accurate, real-time information. Quality First: Maintain high-quality service standards and contribute to a positive, multicultural team environment. What We Are Looking For Native or Near-Native Dutch: Fluent verbal and written communication skills are essential. English Proficiency: A good command of English (B2 level) to navigate training and communicate with international colleagues. Passion for Travel: A genuine interest in the tourism industry and helping others explore. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using multiple tabs, software tools, and digital platforms simultaneously. Experience: Prior experience in travel or customer service is a "plus," but not a requirement . We provide world-class, fully paid training to get you started!
