Service Technician

About the position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Remote Service Technician to support technical operations, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure optimal performance of equipment and digital service platforms. This role involves remote diagnostics, maintenance coordination, and customer support to resolve technical problems efficiently. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-focused, and capable of managing service tasks independently in a remote work environment.
