Key Responsibilities Perform accurate calibrations on a wide range of measurement and test equipment. Maintain detailed calibration records and documentation in accordance with quality standards. Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in instruments and equipment. Conduct minor repairs and adjustments to bring equipment back into specification. Develop, review, and update calibration procedures and work instructions. Ensure all calibration activities comply with ISO standards and internal quality systems. Manage and maintain calibration schedules and equipment inventory. Recommended Qualifications Associate's degree in Metrology, Electronics, Instrumentation, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of experience in a calibration laboratory or manufacturing environment. Demonstrated proficiency in calibrating and troubleshooting a wide range of measurement and test equipment. Solid understanding of metrology principles, calibration standards (e.g., ISO 17025), and measurement uncertainty. Excellent attention to detail for meticulous record-keeping and documentation. Bonus Qualifications Experience utilizing CMMS or ERP systems for calibration management. ASQ Certified Calibration Technician (CCT) or other relevant metrology certification. Familiarity with programming or scripting for automated test equipment (e.g., LabVIEW, Python). Understanding of measurement uncertainty analysis principles.
