Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support for product integration and application in manufacturing environments. Collaborate with customers to understand their manufacturing processes and recommend optimal solutions. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a manufacturing environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and presentations. Bonus Qualifications Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, C#) for automation, data analysis, or custom tool development. Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies such as Additive Manufacturing, IIoT, or AI/ML applications. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CSWP, ISA) or specialized training in specific manufacturing software/systems. Proven ability to deliver technical presentations, workshops, or training sessions to diverse audiences.
