In this role, you will help travelers plan unforgettable experiences by providing destination guidance, organizing travel details, and supporting clients throughout their entire planning process. As a Travel Experience Specialist, you will work remotely while helping clients transform their travel ideas into well-organized itineraries and memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner. Assist travelers in planning their vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences. Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination details. Organize itineraries and coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers. Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation. Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
