Key Responsibilities Provide expert technical support and guidance to customers and sales teams on manufacturing applications. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept projects for potential clients. Analyze customer manufacturing processes and requirements to recommend optimal product solutions. Assist with the integration, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing equipment and software. Develop and deliver technical training sessions for customers and internal teams. Demonstrated ability to provide technical support, product demonstrations, and solutions to customers. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex technical issues. Proficiency with relevant industrial software, hardware, or control systems common in manufacturing applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical explanations and customer engagement. Bonus Qualifications Advanced proficiency with specific CAD/CAM/CAE or simulation software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam, Ansys). Experience with industrial automation systems, PLCs, or robotics. Certification or practical experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies. Proficiency in a relevant programming language (e.g., Python, C#) for scripting or data analysis. Demonstrated project management experience, particularly in technical implementations.
