Client Support & Travel Assistance Responsibilities include: Providing customer support for clients planning travel Assisting with coordinating travel options including cruises, hotels, tours, and vacation packages Responding to client inquiries and providing helpful travel information Communicating with travel suppliers to confirm reservations and details Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and bookings Staying informed on travel promotions, destination updates, and supplier information Supporting clients before and after travel when needed Skills & Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Comfortable using email and online platforms Organized with strong attention to detail Positive and professional communication style Previous customer service or travel experience is helpful but not required.
