About the position

We are looking for an organized and client-focused Travel Services Coordinator to assist clients with coordinating travel plans and managing itinerary details. You will research destinations, accommodations, transportation options, and activities to help develop structured travel plans. Responsibilities include assisting with reservation coordination, confirming travel details, preparing documentation, and maintaining organized planning records. You will also assist clients with itinerary adjustments, confirmations, and travel documentation needs when necessary.
